Salary: $39,000–$40,000

What you will do
- Handle client inquiries by asking targeted questions to identify the nature of the problem.
- Troubleshoot product and training-related questions and provide resolutions.
- Support clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce.
- Stay current on Meevo product knowledge, integrations, and internal business processes.
Requirements
- U.S. residency required.
- 0–5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware and adapt to technology changes.
- Reliable Internet Service Provider.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience.
- Beauty industry knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred.
