What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven engineering tools and mentor team members.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack platforms that integrate AI services.
• Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to automate engineering processes like code generation and testing.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve engineering efficiency and quality.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to deliver production-ready AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to architectural standards for responsible, secure, and performant AI usage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python and Django or similar typed languages.
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure, database management, and monitoring.
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and GraphQL.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Hands-on experimentation with AI in professional or personal projects.
