GBM - Public, Latam Structuring, Vice President (Fixed Income, Credit & FX)

Location: New York, NY, United States; based in the New York headquarters

Salary: USD 150,000–300,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design and price derivatives, structured financing solutions, and bespoke investment products across Latin American markets.
• Partner with sales to understand client needs and develop innovative financial solutions.
• Work with trading to assess structuring quality and firm risk/reward considerations.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, tax, and other stakeholders across different regulatory jurisdictions.
• Project-manage complex transactions through internal committees and execution.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience at VP level in Fixed Income Structuring, Sales, or Trading at an international bank.
• Experience with Latin American clients and structured products is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
