What you will do

• Design and price derivatives, structured financing solutions, and bespoke investment products for Latin American markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client financial needs and develop innovative product offerings.
• Work alongside trading desks to ensure solutions are structured with appropriate risk/reward profiles.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, operations, and tax to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project-manage complex transactions through internal committee approvals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Fixed Income Structuring, Sales, or Trading at an international bank.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Economics.
• Strong ability to communicate complex and abstract ideas in a simple and intuitive way.
• Must be based in New York City.
