Premier Banking- Banker, Central America & Caribbean - VP - Miami (Fintech)

Location: Miami, United States. Full-time onsite role requiring legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base pay range: $82,500–$155,000 USD annually. The posting also references an annualized base pay of $160,000 for Miami.

What you will do

• Manage private banking relationships with high-net-worth clients across Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other Latin American markets.
• Provide advice across banking, credit, asset management, risk management, trusts, and investment products.
• Analyze investment opportunities, corporate financial statements, profitability, valuation, liquidity, and company outlooks.
• Prepare reports on competitive position, financial health, structure, valuation, and investment timing.
• Provide current investment information and execute clients' investment decisions.
• Partner with Private Wealth, Products, and Compliance teams to develop sales strategies and cross-business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• At least two years of private banking experience providing investment management advice to high-net-worth individuals.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Experience, training, military service, or education demonstrating an established work history.
