What you will do

• Design and implement database architecture on Exadata systems (X4-X10) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Oracle databases (19c or later).
• Optimize performance through SQL tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
• Lead on-premises Oracle DB migrations to OCI using Data Pump, GoldenGate, and RMAN.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Resource Manager.
• Automate recurring tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Shell, or Perl.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle database administration experience (on-prem and OCI).
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS administration and scripting (Python, Shell, Perl).
• Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Exadata, Active Data Guard, and RMAN.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
• Willingness to support operations in a 24/7 environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
