What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments in on-premises and cloud settings.
• Manage core identity and infrastructure services including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and DNS.
• Support virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, alongside backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement security controls, patch management, and system hardening in partnership with security teams.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Mentor junior administrators and serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server and working knowledge of Linux distributions.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and at least one additional scripting language (Bash or Python).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, or Azure).
