What you will do

• Support Linux infrastructure across data center and cloud environments.
• Manage the full OS lifecycle, including installation, deployment, patching, and upgrades.
• Maintain standard Linux services such as DNS, DHCP, NFS, Samba, RAID, and LVM.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and operations using Bash, Python, and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot complex server issues and deliver detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Lead technical projects and implement security best practices for vulnerability management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8-10 years of overall IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu).
• Strong proficiency in Bash scripting and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls).
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems.
• Proven experience supporting infrastructure within data center hosting environments.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as RHCE, DevOps, or similar.
