What you will do

• Process rebate applications and documentation according to program guidelines and SLAs.
• Perform accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance across multiple databases.
• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful program execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, spreadsheets, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and documentation gaps.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, project coordination, or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Work authorization and residence in the United States.
