What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for strategic GSI partners, integrating VAST into AI infrastructure and data modernization practices.
• Develop joint practice development plans, reference architectures, and technical strategies to drive long-term partner adoption.
• Create and deliver scalable enablement programs, including workshops, certifications, labs, and playbooks.
• Partner with Channel Sales, Alliances, and Account Teams to support strategic opportunities and generate partner-driven pipeline.
• Translate VAST's technology into partner-focused service offerings and business value for consulting and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to integrate partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect supporting enterprise customers or Global Systems Integrators.
• Strong expertise in AI infrastructure, storage, networking, virtualization, and modern data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, NVMe/TCP, RDMA, and InfiniBand.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and cloud-native environments.
• Ability to create and deliver technical enablement assets, such as labs, demos, and certifications.
• Must be based in the United States.
