What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise cash flow forecasting models, including 13-week rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Create integrated financial models connecting backlog, production schedules, inventory, and working capital.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to translate operational plans into financial impact.
• Model growth and constraint elevation scenarios to support capital allocation and strategic investment decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and risk assessments to the executive leadership team.
• Improve planning tools and reporting processes to enhance visibility into liquidity and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, FP&A, cash flow forecasting, or operational finance leadership.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or project-based business environments.
• Strong understanding of liquidity planning, WIP, CIE, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and procurement.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA certifications.
• Experience developing integrated operational planning models.
• Background in power, EPC, or constraint-based production systems.
