What you will do

• Lead design projects from brief to final delivery across campaign, print, digital, social, and packaging formats.
• Translate complex creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual solutions.
• Uphold high quality standards by reviewing work and advocating for craft excellence.
• Build and adapt assets for performance media, display banners, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to deliver integrated creative work.
• Support and guide junior designers through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
• Advanced design craft across brand, digital, social, print, and campaign formats.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proven experience designing performance media and display banners.
• Ability to lead design projects independently from brief to delivery.
• Strong creative judgment and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celtra or similar banner build tools.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
