Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Remove personal property from vacated units.
• Perform cleaning and painting of vacated units.
• Execute light repair work such as replacing faucets and light fixtures.
• Follow safety procedures during all maintenance tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain property operations.

Requirements

• Experience with property maintenance and repair or related work.
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
