Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop messaging architecture and proof points for AI capabilities targeting developers and AI engineers.
• Own positioning for the integration ecosystem, including agent frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Build and maintain sales enablement infrastructure, including talk tracks, discovery banks, and demo guidance.
• Partner with sales and revenue operations to run structured win-loss programs and surface actionable insights.
• Support product launches by creating developer-facing messaging and technical demos.
• Maintain hands-on product credibility by prototyping and building demos using hirify.global tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, or sales enablement within the software industry.
• Proven track record of building effective sales enablement assets and running win-loss programs.
• Technical acumen to understand complex architectures and documentation.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for both technical and sales audiences.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including product, sales, and DevRel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphRAG, agents, vector databases, or GenAI architectures.
• MBA degree.
