What you will do

• Lead the development of audience-driven advertising solutions for partners across key verticals.
• Facilitate brainstorms to translate ideas into actionable concepts for proactive opportunities and RFPs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Insights teams to build compelling pitch materials.
• Create high-quality, client-facing presentations and narratives showcasing the value of hirify.global Ads.
• Develop sales enablement materials including sponsorship packages, case studies, and capabilities decks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience building cross-platform digital marketing programs
• Proven experience creating client-facing presentations using Google Slides
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Willingness to adopt and ideate on new AI tools

Nice to have

• Publisher-side experience
• Experience at CPG, QSR, or Retail brands
• Experience working with marketing and product or editorial teams
