What you will do

• Perform regular in-person inspections of units and common areas to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Execute minor property repairs and maintenance tasks using a toolkit.
• Manage supply inventory levels and coordinate with housekeeping partners and service vendors.
• Provide on-site support for guest issues, including lockouts and last-minute requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement cost-effective property improvements.
• Gather property-level data to drive operational productivity and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Diego, CA and able to work on-site.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with modern technology tools for daily operations.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and repair tasks.
