What you will do
- Lead capital projects through the full lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, and construction oversight.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, validation, and operations to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements and controlled documentation systems.
- Drive issue resolution and decision-making across internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Track and communicate project data, risks, and performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities to ensure successful project turnover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
- 3–10 years of experience leading capital projects in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, or life sciences preferred).
- Strong understanding of cGMP requirements, change control, and validation processes.
- Ability to work onsite and travel based on project needs.
- Demonstrated experience in project controls, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with deviation management, CAPA processes, and facility infrastructure upgrades.
