What you will do

• Initiate welcome calls and communicate with borrowers on loan approvals throughout the process.
• Manage a high-volume daily pipeline of 70-80 approved loans.
• Input and review borrower documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Perform third-party employer validations and review credit profiles for eligibility.
• Collaborate with the team to confirm all conditions have been met for each loan file.
• Identify and implement improvements to the borrowing process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Must reside in the greater Phoenix area.
• Ability to handle a high-volume pipeline and stay within required SLAs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
