TL;DR

Learning Systems Architect (Senior): Providing strategic and tactical advice on learning technology systems and cloud-based platforms with an accent on LMS, HRIS, and TMS technical implementations. Focus on conducting needs assessments, building client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions within a professional services environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This role may require occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Salary: $69,400–$158,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do

  • Provide strategic and tactical advice on learning technology systems and cloud-based platforms.
  • Lead technical implementations for LMS, HRIS, and TMS products.
  • Conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering and analyzing technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in a professional services environment.
  • Mentor and supervise team members on complex learning solutions.
  • Facilitate and contribute to Agile team workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading LMS, HRIS, or TMS technical implementations.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology.
  • Experience working with customers to document and analyze technical requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Must be based in the US and eligible for security investigation.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering professional services to the federal government.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Strong leadership and data gathering skills.
