TL;DR
Systems Engineer (Azure/Microsoft 365): Provide end-user and business systems support, maintain enterprise IT environments, and assist with implementations and continuous improvement with an accent on troubleshooting, SLA-based incident management, and administration of Azure and Microsoft 365 services. Focus on supporting operational and strategic IT initiatives, including MDM and device management, while keeping documentation and asset/vendor records up to date.

What you will do
- Handle user support requests and incident management, including gathering details, analyzing issues, documenting work, and meeting SLA targets.
- Perform systems administration and technical support across hardware, software, networking, and communications.
- Support and administer Azure and Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, Intune).
- Assist with device management tools such as Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions (e.g., Mosyle or JAMF).
- Support IT projects and implementations, including research, recommendations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support asset and vendor management, including inventory tracking and procurement record keeping.
Requirements
- Philippines-based remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/System Engineering/End-User Support.
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (required).
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, Intune) and strong troubleshooting/documentation skills.
- Experience with networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, access points) and familiarity with Apple Business Manager/MDM (Mosyle or JAMF).
