Location: Initially fully remote, moving to a hybrid model in Philippines, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, or Georgia (Tbilisi)

What you will do

• Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools to detect anomalies in performance, gameplay, and payouts.
• Coordinate incident response, classification, and documentation to ensure rapid resolution.
• Maintain operational dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for production stability.
• Manage operator onboarding processes and validate go-live readiness checkpoints.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify systemic issues to reduce operational risk.
• Improve monitoring automation, tooling, and overall operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support.
• Proficiency with monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to work in real-time, high-pressure production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks.
• Exposure to release or onboarding processes.
