Location: Onsite - Cebu Business Park, Philippines

What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support for voice and non-voice teams via ticketing systems, chat, or walk-up support.
- Configure workstations for new hires and manage onboarding/offboarding activities, including account provisioning.
- Monitor production floor uptime and perform routine system and connectivity checks to ensure minimal disruption.
- Install and troubleshoot standard BPO software, including CRM tools, softphones, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage IT assets through tagging, tracking, and coordinating equipment repairs or replacements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors while providing user updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or service desk (BPO experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts.
- Must be based in Cebu, Philippines for onsite work.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Datto RMM, Active Directory, or ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Zendesk.
- Basic understanding of networking devices such as Fortinet, Aruba, or Unifi.
