What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for office technology, including door access, workstations, CCTV, and network/Wi-Fi.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle, including reformatting and preparing laptops for onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform system administration tasks such as Autopilot enrollment in Intune and handling MFA/password resets.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and conduct regular end-of-month and end-of-year inventory audits.
• Provide technical support during executive, client, and training visits.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a related technical role.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing 5-15kg.
• Must be based in the Philippines; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory).
