What you will do

• Lead full life-cycle project management for the FDA Office of Food Policy and Response.
• Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans.
• Track progress against milestones and communicate status reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate across diverse government stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and conduct post-meeting follow-ups.
• Drive process improvements and implement best-in-class scheduling and budgeting practices.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain federal customer clearance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is considered a plus.
