What you will do

• Serve as project leader to ensure timely completion of project task objectives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to secure and execute task orders.
• Develop high-level project plans, define objectives, and establish success measurements.
• Coordinate project transitions from development through implementation to final close-out.
• Manage project resources, steering committees, and cross-functional work groups.
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D Project Management, Clinical/Scientific Grants Management, or Federal programming.
• Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field (or Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of experience).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of federal government requirements and institutional data security.
