What you will do

• Resolve incidents and service requests for MFDs and printers to meet strict service level objectives.
• Develop and publish technical user guides for new printer models deployed to operational units.
• Maintain the Authorized Hardware List and track all floor, desktop, and wide-format print assets.
• Execute quarterly inventory validations and data corrections for DLA assets.
• Manage the Unit Resource Manager database and generate data exports for leadership.
• Track and report EPEAT compliance levels and hardware lease data for DHS headquarters.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hardware (MFD/Printer/Scanner) experience
• Foundational knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and networking
• Understanding of federal cybersecurity controls and compliance standards
• Ability to document procedures and follow engineering guidance

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or DHS programs
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code or configuration automation
• Proficiency in scripting tools like PowerShell or Bash
