What you will do

• Lead large-scale technology deployments for federal healthcare programs ensuring quality and security compliance.
• Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to execute strategic technology roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to senior government leadership.
• Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex programs within federal health or government agencies.
• Proven track record with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
• Ability to obtain at least a public trust security clearance.
• Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or similar credentials.
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in secured environments.
