What you will do
- Lead large-scale technology deployments for federal healthcare programs ensuring quality and security compliance.
- Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to execute strategic technology roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
- Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to senior government leadership.
- Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management.
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex programs within federal health or government agencies.
- Proven track record with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
- Ability to obtain at least a public trust security clearance.
- Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification or similar credentials.
- Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates.
- Experience leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in secured environments.
