What you will do

  • Create and maintain program documentation including SOPs, job aids, and control documents.
  • Submit and track development tickets to ensure timely completion of system enhancements.
  • Support testing of system updates to validate functionality against business requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of member notices, invoices, and program materials.
  • Monitor program activities and escalate risks or discrepancies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agenda preparation and action item tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and quality review.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, or workflow management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and client interaction.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Medicare, PBM, or managed care environments.
  • Exposure to healthcare regulatory or compliance frameworks such as CMS or audits.
  • Experience supporting testing or validation activities for operational processes.
