What you will do

• Lead a team of analog design engineers in the development of high-performance CMOS IP.
• Perform architectural investigations and circuit implementation for PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, and high-speed interfaces.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analog IP delivery from initial concept through to production.
• Collaborate with layout, verification, and application teams to meet performance targets.
• Conduct design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE and Spectre.
• Oversee system-level pre-tape out validation and lab chip bring-up/debugging.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analog IC design.
• Proven expertise in PLL, Data Converters, Oscillators, and high-speed SerDes design.
• Proficiency with analog design and verification tools including Virtuoso, Spectre, and ADE.
• Strong understanding of analog layouts in FinFet processes and signal integrity fundamentals.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under applicable laws.
