What you will do

• Develop production-grade platform firmware for complex hardware systems in C++.
• Own board bring-up, boot sequences, and platform initialization.
• Implement and integrate device communication and low-level system components.
• Perform firmware and hardware debugging to ensure reliable bring-up and operation.
• Collaborate on silicon-adjacent platform integration for accelerator platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience with recent C++ development.
• Strong hands-on C++ skills (C++11/14/17+ preferred).
• Proven experience building production firmware close to hardware.
• RTOS implementation experience.
• Experience with board bring-up, boot sequences, and platform initialization.
• Strong debugging skills across firmware and hardware environments.

Nice to have

• PCIe, UCIe, or other high-speed interconnect experience.
• Multi-chip or accelerator platform experience.
• Silicon bring-up experience.
• Performance optimization and host-device transfer expertise.
• Modern C++ design practices (RAII, ownership semantics, concurrency concepts).
