TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (AI): Deliver intelligent, high-value solutions across multiple product domains by translating customer needs and market opportunities into ROI-driven roadmaps with an accent on agentic AI/ML capabilities and end-to-end ownership of outcomes from discovery to launch and adoption. Focus on measurable business impact, scalable platform strategies, and data-informed decision-making for AI-enabled enterprise SaaS solutions.

Location: Waterloo, Ontario; Remote US (ET preferred)

What you will do

  • Partner with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to identify opportunities where the AI platform can power new solutions.
  • Translate long-term product vision into practical, measurable roadmaps and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end—from discovery through launch and adoption—for a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Define, track, and act on meaningful success metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Shape enterprise AI capabilities and agentic experiences that redefine how customers work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS and AI platforms, including managing or building AI/ML-enhanced products or features.
  • Proven success building scalable platform strategies that enable downstream product innovation.
  • Deep understanding of agentic AI/ML technologies and how to leverage an internal AI platform to deliver differentiated customer value.
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS market dynamics and integration strategies (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft).
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments while anticipating competitive and technology shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for executive and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

  • Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or the Salesforce platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
