What you will do

• Conduct targeted analysis of hirify.global and external data to identify customer-specific fraud patterns and vulnerabilities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and strategic reports for prospective customers.
• Support the Sales team by generating revenue-generating opportunities through data-backed insights.
• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, datasets, and repeatable methodologies for scalable analysis.
• Design effective data visualizations to simplify complex fraud risks for executive-level audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional teams to align analysis with commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent tech-focused education in data analytics or programming.
• Experience in fraud, financial crime, or data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Proficiency in Python and/or R (strongly advantageous).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and analysis, understanding their capabilities and risks.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
