What you will do

• Test and improve antifraud rules for existing products and new scenarios launching in 2026.
• Optimize and document rules across multiple channels including cards, transfers, and tokenization.
• Collaborate with agents to investigate alerts and adjust rule thresholds.
• Analyze confirmed fraud cases to identify emerging risks and new patterns.
• Conduct back-testing to assess the efficiency of existing fraud detection rules.
• Monitor fraud metrics and create performance dashboards using SQL.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fraud analysis or risk management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Python for automation.
• Solid knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.

Nice to have

• Technical degree from a top university (e.g., MSU, MIPT, HSE, MEPhI).
• Understanding of payment processes, transaction flows, and fraud typologies.
