Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to produce actionable insights.
• Define and implement KPIs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, and other functions.
• Support data-driven decision-making and help teams scale through better use of information.
• Follow product features from technical design through performance evaluation.
• Translate product and business requirements into analytical logic and create clear, story-driven visualizations using BI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analytics and an AI-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand complex ideas, simplify them for stakeholders, work independently, and manage cross-functional relationships.
• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in risk and fraud management.
• Previous experience in AML or financial crimes within the fintech industry.
