What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
• Define and implement KPIs across different teams to track performance.
• Accompany product features from technical design through to performance evaluation.
• Translate business requirements into analytical logic and create clear visualizations using BI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Risk teams to maintain a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• High-level proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash or similar.
• Hands-on experience in using AI tools for Data Analytics and an AI-oriented mindset.
• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Risk and fraud management.
• Experience in AML or financial crimes within the Fintech industry.
