What you will do

• Lead and develop the Fraud Operations team, fostering a research-oriented and data-driven culture.
• Generate research-driven insights and conduct gap analyses to identify weaknesses in fraud detection models.
• Oversee the delivery of production-ready analytical updates with measurable impact.
• Act as the primary cross-functional interface between R&D, BI, Product, Support, and senior management.
• Drive the team's adoption of modern analytical practices and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst with proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
• Proficiency in Python and core data libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large production datasets.
• Proficiency in using LLM-based tools in day-to-day workflows.
• Ability to remain composed and drive resolutions in production-sensitive environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity verification or fraud detection domains.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and automation workflows.
