Salary: $125,700 – $201,700 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 Enterprise Customer Success Managers to elevate their performance as consultative leaders.
  • Execute strategic retention and expansion plans to deliver measurable business outcomes for the company's largest customers.
  • Establish operational rigor, metrics, and clear expectations to ensure precision and accountability across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey and internal alignment.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence product strategy and build high-level relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent to scale the Enterprise CSM organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of people management experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success leading Enterprise or Strategic accounts and teams managing complex customers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to consult on best practices, process optimization, and ROI realization.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
