What you will do

• Manage end-to-end manufacturing transfer of complex products between global sites, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Provide manufacturability oversight during the design phase to ensure Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DfM/DfA).
• Establish and qualify new workcenters, covering layout, tooling, and equipment validation.
• Create comprehensive transfer packages, including process flows, work instructions, and BOM/routing.
• Validate build and test sequences and optimize process flows to ensure repeatability and quality.
• Mentor less experienced team members on root cause analysis and statistical process control methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred) and LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret complex specifications.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in NX Siemens and Solidworks.
• Experience with vacuum systems and ISO4-6 cleanrooms.
• Knowledge of test planning, data analysis (GR&R, Anova).
