Salary: $85,000 – $90,000

What you will do

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve gross margin and product performance using statistical analysis and simulation.
• Provide technical support to production lines for equipment and design-related issues.
• Implement a Lean culture through Kaizen events, 5s activity, and value stream mapping.
• Lead product transfer from design to production, including process FMEAs and operator training.
• Specify and implement new equipment and fixtures, including validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Develop systems for capturing critical process metrics and automating data collection.

Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering or another technical degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial manufacturing with rotary/converting equipment and automation.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing with knowledge of FDA requirements.
• Experience with production of electromechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in designing and performing process validations.
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
