What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of projects from problem identification to shipping impact to millions of daily active users.
• Influence the product roadmap by bringing new ideas and providing strategic input.
• Make independent decisions and take ownership of outcomes without constant sign-off.
• Analyze data to identify insights and translate them into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business development teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Founder mindset: ability to operate as an owner and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong data proficiency with hands-on experience in tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker.
• Proven track record of delivering impact and shipping products.
• Must be based in Berlin to work from the central office.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
