What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and category strategies for Creative, Social, Influencer Marketing, and PR.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from demand assessment and market analysis to supplier selection.
• Manage high-value negotiations and drive the development of MSAs and SOWs in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Design and lead a strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model to govern critical partnerships.
• Leverage spend analytics and AI-enabled tools to conduct scenario modeling and build fact-based business cases.
• Identify and deploy AI-powered automation for RFx generation, supplier evaluation, and contract analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and category management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on marketing services sourcing experience.
• Strong expertise in spend analytics, cost modeling, and source-to-pay platforms (e.g., Coupa).
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
