What you will do

• Design, build, test, and document core networking software components.
• Contribute to both open-source client code and backend services.
• Improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of networking systems.
• Participate in incident response and field customer support escalations.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape new features.
• Apply a security-first mindset to all design and implementation tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Professional experience with Go (Golang)
• Deep knowledge of OS-level networking internals (sockets, routing, packet filtering)
• Experience implementing application-layer networking concepts (proxies, overlay routing)
• Proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems with a focus on concurrency
