Salary: $154,000 – $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and scale the Data Plane for Workload Security products.
• Develop eBPF-based distributed host firewalls for Linux and Windows environments.
• Write highly efficient system-level C/C++ code to optimize network datapath performance.
• Design distributed system components that maintain ultra-low latency under high-load conditions.
• Collaborate on cross-platform security architecture to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on system-level coding experience in C or C++.
• Proven track record in networking product lines, firewalls, or datapath optimization.
• Strong system-level understanding of Linux operating systems.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP stack, performance parameters, and socket programming.
• Experience delivering complete software lifecycles for distributed enterprise applications.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, three days a week.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with eBPF or Windows Filter Platform (WFP).
• Background in endpoint security or microsegmentation.
• Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles.
