Design Analyst

TL;DR

Design Analyst (Business Analytics): Supporting the long-term viability of design and project management workgroups through process improvement and data analysis with an accent on cross-functional efficiency and ticket management. Focus on coordinating project packets, managing workload data in Oracle Maximo, and resolving customer service inquiries.

Location: Onsite in Hutto, TX

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 hourly

What you will do

• Support the development of strategies for design and project management viability through process improvement practices.
• Manage assigned projects, handling simultaneous demands for data and analysis.
• Investigate and resolve MobileTC/WaAM tickets and direct communications to appropriate designers.
• Coordinate with operations on reject orders and manage load sheets for accuracy.
• Set up projects in Oracle Maximo and assign load sheets to Project Managers based on workload.
• Track project statuses and provide detailed workload data to supervisors upon request.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Performance Management or Data Analysis utilizing process improvement methodology.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hutto, TX.
• Proven customer service, communication, and organizational skills for high-volume and high-stress environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Ability to quickly learn internal computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and dispatching.
