What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for S&OP and Dealer Order Planning platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog to align with business priorities, planning cycles, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionality, usability, and business readiness.
• Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure system performance, reliability, and operational stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mossville, IL and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Extensive experience in product management, business analysis, or supply chain planning environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product delivery and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed decisions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with planning or ERP systems such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or industrial digital environments.
