What you will do
- Own and drive the multi-year product vision and roadmap for CPQ and related Quote-to-Cash capabilities.
- Serve as the primary interface and trusted advisor for CPQ to stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Define and support sophisticated selling models, including hybrid hardware/software subscriptions and bundled offerings.
- Validate and test development output to ensure pricing accuracy, workflow alignment, and system integrity before release.
- Monitor KPIs such as adoption, deal velocity, quote accuracy, and overall revenue impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Systems supporting Q2C processes.
- Proven expertise owning enterprise CPQ platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle CPQ.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid hardware/software selling, subscription monetization, and entitlement management.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Order Management, and PIM/PDH systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Must be based in the United States to work from Tower.
