What you will do

• Own and drive the multi-year product vision and roadmap for CPQ and related Quote-to-Cash capabilities.
• Serve as the primary interface and trusted advisor for CPQ to stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Define and support sophisticated selling models, including hybrid hardware/software subscriptions and bundled offerings.
• Validate and test development output to ensure pricing accuracy, workflow alignment, and system integrity before release.
• Monitor KPIs such as adoption, deal velocity, quote accuracy, and overall revenue impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Systems supporting Q2C processes.
• Proven expertise owning enterprise CPQ platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle CPQ.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid hardware/software selling, subscription monetization, and entitlement management.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Order Management, and PIM/PDH systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in the United States to work from hirify.global Tower.
