Salary: $34,320–$37,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide timely product support via phone, chat, or cases to resolve issues in a single interaction.
• Maintain professionalism and establish rapport while following security protocols for customer verification.
• Document product issues and escalate complex system inquiries to leadership.
• Assist customers with new account setup and maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings, one-on-ones, and quality review sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (customer-facing or phone support).
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably.
• Availability for assigned shifts between 9am-10pm ET, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to work a training schedule (8:00am–5:00pm ET) for the first 6 weeks.
• Minimum internet speeds: 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
