Location: Must be based in or near Dallas, Texas, USA (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support queries via phone and Intercom.
  • Diagnose and resolve straightforward technical issues efficiently.
  • Triage complex issues, ensuring accurate logging and escalation to specialized teams.
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to customers throughout the request lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and communications in the support system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal support processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dallas, Texas office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess common technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on responsiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a service desk or support environment.
  • Familiarity with Intercom.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or software support.
