Salary: $63,886.00 - $86,434.00 per year

What you will do
- Create, plan, execute, and manage a cadence of TMN events based on membership data and regional needs.
- Coordinate event logistics (venue, catering, contracts) and manage post-event follow-up.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with brand and enterprise strategies.
- Use outcomes and participant experience data to produce engagement reporting for leadership and TMN boards.
- Serve as Secretary to the TMN Board: plan quarterly meetings, arrange logistics, take minutes, and manage board materials.
- Support engagement activities across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, including occasional presence at events.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in Western IA.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years using social media platforms to deliver results.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data for business purposes and complete required activity reporting.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to events; must have a proper home office with high-speed internet for remote work.
Nice to have
- Strong preference for candidates located in Des Moines/Johnston.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in specific markets.
- Knowledge of financial services industry, fraternal benefit societies, or membership organizations.
