What you will do

• Create, assign, and publish expert-driven editorial content across articles, newsletters, video, podcasts, and events.
• Develop content informed by practitioner insights, interviews, and community discussions to build topical authority.
• Optimize content performance using data signals to improve subscriber growth, newsletter engagement, and search visibility.
• Manage contributor relationships and strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and community participation.
• Experiment with new formats, distribution strategies, and audience experiences to drive repeat engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Strong editorial judgment and experience creating B2B or professional editorial content.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical or operational topics into engaging, useful editorial experiences.
• Experience growing newsletter audiences, community participation, or subscriber engagement.
• Proficiency in using analytics to guide content experimentation and optimization.
• Understanding of SEO, distribution strategies, and AI discovery trends.
