Salary: $93,900 – $127,100 CAD.

What you will do

• Produce polished, publication-ready content including whitepapers, reports, executive briefs, and case studies.
• Write authentic, high-quality video scripts for thought leadership and executive-led formats.
• Own content programs end-to-end, from brief through delivery, performance analysis, and iteration.
• Review and provide editorial feedback on drafts produced by the Content Specialist to maintain a high quality bar.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation to translate objectives into effective content.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring brand consistency and high editorial standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing or strategy, ideally within B2B SaaS or legal technology.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to produce strategic, audience-right content.
• Strong editorial judgment and experience reviewing or editing the work of others.
• Proficiency with AI writing and research tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) with practical examples of their use.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a larger organization.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.

• Experience with Asana and Sprout Social.
• Background in Big Law or corporate legal departments.
