What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and performance max to achieve ROI targets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) to provide actionable optimization insights.
• Manage advertising budgets and monitor spend pacing to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Implement remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates and user acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, or digital advertising with a focus on Google Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• English: minimum B1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Cyprus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Google Ads certification.
• Experience in the sports betting and casino (iGaming) industry.
